Returns and Refunds
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products they receive from Reign Motorsports. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please refer to the following:
Cancellations made prior to shipment will be refunded in full.

Returns must be made back to Reign Motorsports within 30 days from receipt of the product.
Products must be in new, unused, and in resalable condition with all pieces included. After the 30-day period, returns will no longer be accepted.
Returns are subject to approval by Reign Motorsports. Please contact us prior to returning the item.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All products are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
When returning an item, please place the original packaging inside a separate box to protect the product and its packaging.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect the package and process your refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase.
For credit card payments, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged or missing items, or the return was initiated after 30 days of receipt, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We do our best to maintain a high level of quality assurance, but in the event that products shipped from the distributor are defective or broken, Reign Motorsports will cover the cost of return shipping.
Returns Are Not Accepted on the Following:
Products that indicate they have been used/installed
Products that have been improperly shipped back to Reign Motorsports
Custom manufactured products or Special Order products
Hazardous materials (antifreeze, paint, etc.)
Wheels or tires that indicate they have been mounted
